For sale is my 1974 Plymouth Roadrunner with a brand new performancebuilt 440 motor. This car originally had a 318 but somewhere along inlife was replaced with a 440. When I purchased the vehicle it wasneeding a engine rebuild due to a thrown rod.Instead of rebuilding theold engine I replaced it with a New Old Stock Chrysler 1973 440 motorwith zero miles in the original crate.

This motor was completely torn down and all new bearings, seals andrings were installed to make sure that the motor would not have anyissues. This motor came with the factory balanced steel crankshaft fromMopar. During the motor build I added a 270H Hydraulic Comp Cam, MoparPerformance Dual Intake AluminumManifold, Polished Aluminum ValveCovers, Edelbrock 750 Performer Carburetor and air cleaner, and exhaustheaders with header wrap to cherry bomb exhaust. All new electronics IE:electronic ignition instead of the old points system with newDistributor cap and rotor, AC Delco spark plugs, Wires, Coil, resistorsand regulators and brand new high output Alternator. New Aluminumradiator and performance flex fan for cooling. This motor is designed tobe a high performance road/everyday driver and can run on premium pumpgas.

I just installed a new stereo system in the vehicle with a Pioneer Head unit, and 3 way Pioneer speaker’s front and rear.

The body of the car is near perfect with no dents or dings and ZERORUST. There is a few scratches in the paint. The vinyl graphics havebeen changed to factory 440 design. The interior of the car is in goodshape for the year and all original. The passenger seat needs to havethe small tears on the seam repaired, a new carpet kit and head liner tomake perfect. I was quoted a total of $675 at a local upholstery shopto have all the work done.

NADA values this car at $25,080 for the 318 and $27,360 for the originalstock 440 motor. A similar Re-manufactured motor was quoted from fromSummit Racing at $7500, this is a brand new motor with 500 miles on itsince a professional rebuild completed in September 2014. I am starting the bidding at $12,500 with a BIN of $15,900 with a immediate deposit of $500 via pay-pal.
